I called E’Lure Salon to see if they could take me the same day, and they found a way to fit me in, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the salon had such a nice ambience clean, welcoming, and filled with good energy. Everyone was friendly, professional, and greeted me with kindness and a smile. The shampoo service was excellent thorough and relaxing and they took the time to ask thoughtful questions to make sure they were taking the right approach with my hair, which I really respected. My hair was done by Malayna, and she did an amazing job! She’s professional, easy to talk to, and made it so comfortable to just sit back and relax. There’s a reason why this shop is rated so high, the kindness & professionalism is displayed from the beginning of your appointment. It’s truly just a great atmosphere energy wise! Charlotte is a gem as is her staff. Clean environment as well! I got a silk press & was pleased with the service! The prices are also not astronomical, which is so nice in these times
